You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to our servers. However, you grant Bizzen Shift the necessary rights to use, store, and backup your content for the purpose of delivering our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bizzen Shift will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month the issue occurred.
